When working at Emerge Studio, I was tasked to create a Logo gfor the campus African American Resorce Center. through many iterations, My design showcases the messages of comunity engagment and a welcoming space. The Logo was meant to be inclusive to all demographics. Something important to the folks with the AARC was that the logo should resemble a flower.

I chose to depict an abstract group of students standing in a circle together. The symbol was then paired with a huminist type to communicate a more human touch with its organicly designed, set strong characters.
